COVID19 Order Update
We understand that times are tough right now and want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to how this will effect orders placed on our website. Please read the temporary changes to some of our policies below:
We are not accepting returns at this time.
During this time, as all items are handmade to order we are not able to accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Processing times have been extended.
As our usual processing time is 3-5 days, during this time we can no longer accommodate that quick of shipping time. All of our fabric is custom printed just for us, and unfortunately they have had to extend their processing time on custom orders to allow safety precautions to be taken for their employees. This makes it to where we are forced to extend our processing time as well. While each order is different and will depend on what is currently in stock, some orders may ship within a couple day of placing your order, and some orders may take several weeks to complete depending on what items ordered, how high demand the selected items are, etc. To get processing times specific to your order, please contact us here.
Email Response Time.
Due to extended processing times, we are focusing on getting orders out as quickly as possible as this is our first priority. Emails will still be answered in the order of which they are received, but please be patient with us as it may take longer than usual to receive a response.
We still accept cancellations, however an order can only be canceled if we have not started making your items. In addition, cancellations will take about 5 business days to process and then once your order has been canceled, it may take 3-5 business days for you to see the money back in your account. You will receive an email notification for your canceled order once it has been processed.
We may accept exchanges for certain items based on special request, but due to safety concerns we may not be able to accept certain items back. Please contact us to see if your items are eligible for an exchange. Please note that contacting us does not guarantee that we will be able to accept items back.
